With over 8 years of experience across Colombia, Chile, Argentina, and Brazil, I've evolved from software developer to Tech Lead to Solutions Architect — designing scalable systems, leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, and defining technical strategies that drive business outcomes for customers across 11+ industries.
I combine deep technical expertise with people leadership to help organizations build not just great architectures, but the teams and capabilities to sustain them.
Who am I?
An engineer at heart, an architect by passion, and a leader by practice. I design cloud solutions that bridge business ambition and technical reality — and I develop the people who build them. My leadership foundation was built at Cencosud, where I led a cross-functional team through a multi-year BI platform migration to AWS. That experience taught me that the most scalable architecture is a well-developep team.
At AWS, I've expanded that leadership across borders — mentoring Solutions Architects and partner engineers, guiding technical strategy for 200+ customers across government, healthcare, fintech, and logistics, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes no single person could achieve alone.
My approach is built on three principles: Architect for Business Impact — every design decision connects to a measurable outcome. Lead Through People — leadership is measured by the capability you build in others. Scale Through Enablement — workshops, immersion days, and reusable patterns multiply impact far beyond a single engagement.
My superpower? Combining technical depth with people leadership — because building great systems and building great teams are two sides of the same coin.

Over 8 years designing cloud solutions and leading technical teams across Latin America — from building hands-on as a developer and data engineer, to leading cross-functional teams through a multi-year cloud migration at one of LATAM's largest retailers, to advising 200+ customers in various industries as Solutions Architect while mentoring engineers and partners across multiple countries.
The common thread across every role has been people. At Cencosud, I learned that a successful cloud migration depends more on team alignment and skill development than on any single technical decision. At AWS, I've applied that lesson at scale — mentoring SAs and partners, coordinating cross-functional delivery teams, and helping customers build not just architectures, but the internal capabilities to evolve them.
